You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Service. By using KlipUp, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration

• Provide accurate and complete account information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your credentials
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access

KlipUp is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

3. Subscription & Payment

• Services are provided on a subscription basis
• Billing is recurring (monthly / yearly)
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled
• Payments are non-refundable unless required by law

4. Use of the Service

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Reverse-engineer or resell AI models
• Generate malicious or illegal content
• Disrupt platform functionality

5. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use. KlipUp makes no guarantees regarding AI content accuracy.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform technology, AI models, and branding belong to KlipUp. You retain ownership of your input data while granting KlipUp a license to process it for service delivery.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. While we apply industry-standard security, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations, non-payment, or operational reasons. Upon termination, access to the Service ends immediately.

9. Limitation of Liability

KlipUp is not liable for indirect damages, data loss, or reliance on AI outputs. Liability is limited to fees paid within the prior three months.

10. Disclaimer

Services are provided “as-is” without warranties of any kind.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
