AI-generated content
AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete or biased. You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating outputs before use.
KlipUp makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of AI-generated content.
Intellectual property
All platform technology, AI models and branding belong to KlipUp.
You retain ownership of your input data while granting KlipUp a license to process it for service delivery.
Privacy & data protection
Your data is handled according to the KlipUp Privacy Policy. While KlipUp applies industry-standard security, absolute protection cannot be guaranteed.

Upon termination, access to the Service ends immediately.
Limitation of liability & disclaimer
